Do customers make choices on materials like tiles, paint, vanities, etc?

Yes, we always encourage customers to shop around to find their favorite materials.

The shopping could start with one simple choice like round-shape faucet. But with that first choice, we and the customers are starting to have some common understanding on the styles of materials. 

Another question our customers may have: how accurate is your quote?

Since we have done our business for many years, the quote for labor work is 100% accurate. And the quote is with spending details on different works.

However, the quote for materials is not 100% accurate since we always provide the rights for customers to change materials before they have been installed. 

Actually, we tend to go through every possible senarios before the work starts so that we could provide a price range for materials as accurate as possible.

How do I describe my design on bathroom renovation?

“Eclectic” is the word I prefer to use when being asked to describe my design.

I feel it is kind of the trend now since eclectic is more widely-accepeted than other styles like, contemporary, farmhouse or mid-century.

Another advantage of eclectic style is it's always budget-friendly. It just makes every kinds of materials available to use for us.

How about the warranty time for washrooms?

It is "life time" warranty for sure because we could to do every tests before handing the washrooms back to customers.

Meanwhile, we provide use guides on all uncommon fixture for our customers.

They wonderred about how I could keep the price unchange under current economic circumstances.

Truly, it is not easy to freeze the price for years. We did it in 3 ways.

1. Cutting unnecessary spending on manpowers.

    Since the start of pandemic, we have shrinked our team from 4-5  person into 1-2 person with 1-2 part time workers. This means we have saved half of our salary spending on every project we have done.

2. No frills design

    Simple design with crispy lines is our preferring. However, some customers like fancy stuffs like Herringbone layout or curbless shower. We absolutely respect that but the fancies will top up the price for sure.

3. Long-term partnership with other contractors

Besides washroom renovation, do we provide other renovation business?

Yes, we have team members and other partners who are good at other renovations, like millworks, painting and flooring.
